COMPANY PRINCIPALS:

Valerie is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cat Creatives LLC. She brings over 20 years experience in marketing and fundraising with business development and project management in both profit and non-profit arenas.

Valerie dedicated years of service to fundraising and mission focused work with local non-profits such as United Way, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, and the Civic Garden Center of Greater Cincinnati. Her experience spans fundraising management, sponsorship and gift solicitation, grant writing and event management. Her background also includes marketing agency experience, Web strategies and business development.

Valerie is a published writer in the Business Courier, Younique Magazine, and the Whole Living Journal. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Northern Kentucky University and has completed coursework in business and management. She is active with the City of Cincinnati’s Climate Protection Advocacy, Women Writing for a Change, the League for Animal Welfare, and the Taft Women’s Resource Group.

Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Cat Creatives LLC, Catalin is a visionary, creator, and driver of strategies for business development both profit and non-profit.

Catalin has more than 19 years of experience working in marketing and creative services, sales and customer relationship management, Web projects, and business development for both domestic and international markets. His cross-functional qualifications span technology, management, marketing and operations. Prior to establishing Cat Creatives, he specialized in the real estate industry, developing marketing campaigns and providing complete creative services for branding and web development. His understanding of digital and interactive processes and knowledge of new technologies is complemented by a global perspective.

Catalin holds a Master of Science in Executive Leadership and Organizational Development at Northern Kentucky University and a Master of Science degree in Engineering Design from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest. He is active on the Northern Kentucky International Trade Association (NKITA) executive board, the Greater Cincinnati Chinese Chamber of Commerce (GCCCC) executive board, and with the International Council for Small Business (ICSB).
